No charges, no refunds needed.

14-Day Right of Withdrawal (EU)

If you are an EU consumer and have not yet used paid features, you have 14 days from your first payment to cancel and receive a full refund. Email support@geotrackerai.com with subject "Withdrawal Request".

Important: If you begin using paid features after subscribing, your statutory right of withdrawal may be reduced, excluded, or lost to the extent permitted by applicable law for digital services once performance has begun with your consent. The exact result depends on the circumstances of purchase, activation, and use, and on the law that applies to your transaction.

Billing Errors

If you were charged incorrectly (duplicate charge, wrong amount), contact support@geotrackerai.com. We aim to correct confirmed billing errors within a reasonable period, typically within five (5) business days.

Service Outages

If the Service was unavailable for more than 72 consecutive hours in your paid period, contact us within 30 days for a prorated credit or refund for the affected time.

First-Time Subscribers (Goodwill)

If you are a first-time paid subscriber and are unsatisfied within your first 7 days, with no more than 5 scan requests made, we will consider a full refund as a one-time gesture of goodwill. This applies once per customer and is at our discretion.

No Refunds In These Cases

• Change of mind after using the Service
• Forgetting to cancel before automatic renewal (subscription renewal and related notices are primarily handled through Stripe and the billing portal made available with your subscription)
• Dissatisfaction with AI engine results (results depend on third-party AI providers outside our control)
• Accounts suspended for Terms of Service violations

How to Request a Refund

Email support@geotrackerai.com with:

• Your account email address
• Reason for the refund request
• Date of the charge

We aim to acknowledge refund requests promptly and review them in good faith.

Chargebacks

Please contact us before initiating a chargeback. Unauthorized chargebacks may result in account suspension.
