That paragraph isn't marketing garnish. It's the most honest description of the product I can give — and the part I'd defend hardest if you asked me to cut something to make the pitch simpler.

Buy almost any AI-visibility tool above the entry tier and the support model is the same. There's a knowledge base. There's a chat widget that, after two canned replies, offers to "create a ticket." 1. I review your results by hand. The dashboard runs your scans across ChatGPT, Perplexity, Google AI Mode, Gemini, and Google AI Overview and scores them. That's the automated layer, and it's good. But automated classification still misses things a person catches in thirty seconds: your brand name collides with a bigger company's, so the engine is "mentioning you" while talking about someone else. A question scored zero because it was phrased in a way no buyer would ever ask. A "competitor" the model surfaced that isn't actually your competitor. I go through the real answers and tell you which numbers to trust and which to ignore.

2. I help you build the plan — including moves the software doesn't suggest yet. The product generates drafts: the Reddit comment, the email to the listicle author, the pull request to the awesome-list. But there are always plays the system can't see — a positioning fix on your homepage, an angle for a podcast pitch, a judgment call about which of three cited sources is worth your effort first. Why this is the product, not a perk

It's tempting to file "founder answers your email" under nice-to-have. I think that's backwards.

The thing almost nobody ships is the action — and action requires judgment that a metric can't encode. Which gap is worth closing first? A dashboard can't answer those. A human who has looked at hundreds of these can. So the human isn't sitting next to the product — the human is the part of the product the competition decided wasn't worth their founder's time.

Who this is for (and who it isn't)

If you want a self-serve dashboard, never want to talk to anyone, and just need a number on a graph — that's fine, and the product works that way too. You don't have to email me.

But if you're a founder or a small team who'd rather have a direct line to the person building the thing — someone who'll look at your specific situation and tell you the truth about it — that's exactly what this is built to be.
