Quick FAQ
Is this a recurring subscription?
Yes — annual recurring at the locked-in cohort price. Cancel anytime in Stripe Customer Portal. If the standard price doubles, your renewal stays at the cohort rate as long as you keep the subscription active.
What's different from the standard plans?
Same product, same feature limits per tier. The only difference is price (51–61 % off) and a direct line to Petr (email always, Slack optional). Once a cohort fills, that offer goes away.
Can I upgrade between tiers later?
Yes — anytime via Customer Portal. You'll be billed pro-rata. The Founder cohort rate is tier-specific — moving up means standard pricing on the new tier unless that cohort still has seats.
Why is the Business cohort only 10 seats?
Business is honest about its current state: 1 domain today, multi-domain ships mid-2026. We cap it at 10 founders so we can give every Business buyer founder-level attention while the product catches up to the marketing copy.
What if it doesn't work for me?
The Founder-direct commitment is the answer: if anything technical breaks or feels unclear in your first 30 days, Petr personally replies within 24h on weekdays. We'd rather fix what's broken than process a refund — that's why the seat is priced for direct founder attention, not an outsourced support queue. Stripe Customer Portal lets you cancel any time and we'll stop renewals; we don't pro-rate refunds inside an annual term.
When do the bonuses expire?
The Founder Query Review bonus expires Sunday 23:59 UTC of the current Founder push window. After that, Founder seats remain at the same price, but only price-lock and the founder-direct channel stay in the bonus column. Existing buyers keep all bonuses they signed up for.
